We had an introductory call with Kaushik but he didn't seem very eager to understand our case, rather he sat there straight faced and would only respond when we asked him a question. Most of the times his responses were one line answers that we could have gotten from searching on the web.
Andres Guerra has done a wonderful job working on our I-212 case. He is very attentive, professional, trustworthy, and did an amazing job overall on our case.
