IF I CAN GIVE THIS POST NO STARS…… I’ve lived in this apartment complex for over a year, and there are ongoing issues that management continues to ignore. The trash situation alone is unacceptable. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing, not just with regular trash but with large items like furniture, making the property look like a dumping ground. Thank you to Tony & his team, Kiara & the maintenance supervisor for addressing my work orders efficiently and communicating often with updates. I appreciate the timeliness! Also, I appreciate the communication within the community regarding utilities, the resident portal or office updates. It makes it feel like I’m at ease living here. the new management that took over specifically Greystar are absolutely horrible. Especially Anthony Kim. I have never someone whose job is customer service be so horrible at it!!!! Like how do you not care about the customers. If you don’t like hot water come and live here. Only God knows why they changed management. Even the cost of shared bill there is never a break down for you to see. So if you like cold water and getting scammed this is the place for you. Josie M was absolutely amazing. She fixed the problem in no time and I really love the way she treated my cat while in our home. She was very respectful and did her job properly, neatly and in the span of no time. It made me so happy. Also the move in process was so easy Jesenia and LaNay were so accommodating and they were so nice and sweet to me! Absolutely love these 3 employees. The management here is amazing along with their maintenance team!!! They check on you to make sure you have everything you need! In the the tour Kiara showed us a few options when I knew the first one we saw was the one. The community is quiet and in a good spot for parks and shopping
