I was happy with this complex up until new ownership took over they’ve done things to make the community look better but haven’t fixed the plumbing issues we’ve had for months… If your ok with not having hot water this is the place to be it only took for me to run the water 30 minutes for it to get luke warm I’m sure if I ran it another 30 minutes it might of got a warm only other problem is that tenant gets stuck with the water bill
