best veterinary clinic ever!! everyone there is so sweet & always takes my cat’s care very seriously— answering every question i have & being very candid with what they believe could be going on/treatment plans. they even gave me a free toy for my cats to enjoy, you can tell everyone there truly loves & cares for animals & i’m grateful to have found such a good veterinary clinic first try!
Neglecting to check microchip information, changing a cat's name and enabling someone to STEAL someone's pet is incredibly unprofessional. Then to change your story from the owner to the detective is telling of your guilty conscience and the fact that you know you messed up. Be honest with the detectives and admit you were wrong.
I love this vet practice ! Officials in front are super efficient , super nice ! We had Maya spayed and all went well ! The doctors great and all the entire staff are so nice and very knowledgeable . The phone calls get answered ! Love this place and we have extreme confidence in the entire vet practice . LSI ( Maya )! Ten paws up positive !
Great place if you're rich. The records they sent to go back a one year, but I started with them prior to the pandemic. They don't seem to know my dog or care about my dog. He has horrible allergies and since the pandemic money's been tight. They're holding his meds hostage. Can't get the shot he desperately needs, until he has a "yearly check up." How urgent is a "yearly check up?" Everyone seems very polite when excepting your payments. I expect they show a lot more care and are more responsive to pets from rich families. ... read more
Been taking my pets to Dr. Marks for many years. All of the doctors and staff here are outstanding. Good vibes all around and they have helped me through some difficult decisions with my cats care. Great vet.
