My 17 year old daughter went in for an annual cleaning, x rays, and doctor check up. We have been going to Rancho Niguel Dental for over 23 years. She got a fill-in hygienist that gave our daughter inappropriate and unsolicited advice and did a horrible jog. The Dentist was also a stand-in "Floater" and told her she had a gum disease and other ailments. My wife was so upset she went in today and complained. She was taken very seriously which we appreciate. And "appropriate actions" will be taken. We sure hope so.

I was very pleased with the office, the staff, hygienist Naz, Dr. Mar, and his assistant Helen, the facility...the whole process.
The team is very Friendly, supportive and very Knowledgeable. They helped me with many decision on my current care.
I am displeased as I was billed $45 for a copay for a what you termed "periodontal" dental cleaning. This so-called "periodontal cleaning" was not one bit different than the profilactic cleaning for which my insurance charges me a copay of $5. When I called your office to inquire about this, I was told this is the cleaning I always get. Not true! It was my first time going to Rancho Niguel Dental last week, and considering that most of us really don't like going to the dentist - this was a very pleasant experience overall. Helen took all of my X-Rays and she was terrific and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way (I have a very small jaw so it's a bit challenging getting X-Ray pads placed without causing pain/pinching in some areas). As always I had a great visit. Catherine is the sbsolute best hygienist as Front Office is always very friendly and willing to help in anyway.
