A first time patient and I was very impressed. I was treated as though I really mattered as a new patient. A brief history of the practice was shared in addition as to what my appointment would entail. I was able to ask questions and the services and cots were fully explained. I appreciated the efficiency and courtesy.
excellent service from both Dr. Mar and his dental assistant; billing and front staff. I would recommend them to everyone.
I have had a great fear of dentist because of childhood experience. Now, I can trust any dentist at Rancho Niguel are GREAT. I have my favorite, Dr Katie..she is just the best ever! Also, my dental hygienist Katherine is the best!

Rude front desk and dental assistant. I just as greeted me ( loudly) with "you and your wife don't have insurance, would you like to be on our VIP program?" This was embarrassing, rude and unprofessional. I responded with, "should I have to pay for fixing something that you didn't do correctly?" She responded with I'll have someone speak with you. Then while the dentist's hands are in my mouth, the assistant ( who barely spoke English) shoves a form in my face saying " it's $86 dollars, is that okay?" I could not respond. Af... read more
The office had some equipment failures and my appointment was cancelled. I need to come back in 3 weeks.

Very flexible when I was 10 min late. Had cleaning. tech not my favorite. Insisted I hadn't been in for one yr. but prior tech forgot to chart my visit.
Very professional doctor numbed me up so I didn't feel any pain also he listened to what I wanted and did not push to upsell me.
