I broke a crown, and they were able to squeeze me in the same day I called. Always friendly staff, and the dentists are awesome. Dr. Phil and Dr. Mar are very knowledgeable and friendly.

After years of bad experiences at various dental offices, my husband & I started seeing Dr. Stern a few years ago. Ever since, we have had only good experiences. (And who calls a trip to the dentist a good thing?) We are especially appreciative of cleanings with Elyse, which are never painful. We feel we are getting excellent service from everyone, and our good dental health proves it. Thank You!

Went for regular cleaning. I was in the waiting room for about 90 seconds! Hygienist ( forgot her name) was efficient, quick, and quiet 😊. I was out 40 minutes after I arrived, with my next appointment scheduled. Good job!

Had major issue over copay. The billing department was adamant that I owed a $30 co-pay which I did not. They even had me under a health plan that I have never had. They were dubious of my claim that I had a zero co-pay on my current plan. It turned out to be a 20 minute ordeal to prove that I was correct and they were wrong. I was treated as if I was a liar and never received an apology.It was a very unsettling experience.

Everything is great except the checkout process. I waited 10-15 mins to checkout last time I was there it was more than that because the previous person before me needed work done and front desk had to keep going over info with her.

I’ve been coming here for years and have seen the same dental hygienist (Catherine). She is always professional, caring and top notch at her craft.
