My appointment was during January. I needed to reschedule it, so called twice. No one picked up the phone, so I left messages twice explaining I needed to reschedule. No one called back. I know your policy of no show fees, so juggled my schedule and came for my appointment. Perfectly, your office had cancelled it, wasting my time. It was then rescheduled for this week.
