Our experience with Jorge Corona and Jeremy Gray was excellent.
They seem to run the business professionally. Service department is more transparent than I am used to. They have been very up-front about repairs needed. Although I am very discouraged and disappointed with my 2015 Silverado, the service department does a great job. But, with all the junk GM is putting out, I believe they are severely understaffed.
Showed up on the weekend without and appointment and they got me in and out no problem always an excellent experience.
My husband and I had a great experience! Jorge Corona and Stanley graciously stayed way past closing on a busy holiday weekend to insure that we were able to get the car that we wanted. They were patient, informative and great guys all around! We will most definitely go back to see Jorge when we're ready to purchase our next car.
Jorge corona at rancho motors was great to deal with.. awesome customer service. The whole process buying the truck was easy. Delivered the car like he promised with a full tank of diesel.. could not as for more.
