He was very well knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing and was very patient with me while making my decision. I purchased a 2011 Chevy AVEO for my daughter to drive back and forth to work. My main criteria was that the vehicle be safe and mechanically sound. Based upon my criteria I made the decision to purchase this vehicle from Rancho Motors as I truly thought they were a reputable Chevrolet dealership. I'm very disappointed to say my experience with Rancho Motors was and continues to be very disappointing. Took my truck in for service & wandered the lot waiting for the shuttle. Next thing I knew, Richard Moreno & Kennedy Preston sold me a newer truck with lower payments! Doesn't get easier than that.
