We bought a Tahoe at the Seventh St location last weekend and it was probably the smoothest car buying experience we've had. Our salesman, Mike Meyers, was great! We called and told him that we have a baby and we're driving from an hour and half away, so we needed to be in and out as quickly as possible. The vehicle was ready for us at the front door! Rancho motors has the worst service department ever. I took my Camaro there for a recall for the key fob. I left my car there for three hours never received a call I finally called the service department and the service adviser did not answer so I drove over to the dealership and on my way over there I received a call from Ed and was informed that they could not perform the recall because they were out of keys which would have been fine if he didn't wait three hours to call me and inform me.
