They will lie straight out, took my pet for surgery, they never call me to tell me what was going on! I was worried from 0830 am till 0100 pm! when they finally answered after 5 hours trying to reach them. Than when they answered the phone, they said they had not started! you kidding me, you leave your pet there, with no food since 0800pm the previous night and they ask you to take your pet in the morning for surgery at 0830 am. Than they don't understand why you are upset! Don't take your pet there.
Thank you for always taking care of my babies. But I have to say....I was nervous today. Thought y’all were gonna steal my baby hahahahah! Freya loves all y’all!

We brought our Woogie home today. We would like to thank the doctors and staff at both the Rancho Mesa Animal Hospital and the Veterinary Specialty Hospital for their kindness and compassion. I would also like to thank my family and friends who understand that Woogie was not just a pet to us.
Rancho Mesa was recommended to me by a friend of mine so I took two of my cats to have their teeth cleaned there yesterday and it went so smoothly! And it was super reasonable!! Double bonus!! The staff was very gracious too as they were still smiling when they told me that my cat Gracie Mae never stopped meowing ALL DAY long which I know from listening to her in the car ride is super annoying. Thanks Rancho Mesa staff for being very courteous and professional!
I love the staff and the doctors here. They are so loving and caring to my puppies as well as me. The care they give is excellent. They look for the least invasive treatments and they take care of the animal holistically. They have extremely reasonable prices.
