Terry was very friendly and very encouraging and made my wife and I feel totally comfortable. When we didn't find the car we were looking for on the first visit we decided to wait and didn't look anywhere else. We stayed in contact with him and he worked hard to find us what we wanted. oil changed and tires rotated. Advised brakes needed replacing and were in red. My mechanic disagreed and stated I have 30% left on brakes. DID NOT like the repeated calls I've received from your used car team since this service where they're now leaving messages asking to buy my call. If they don;t get a response from me after 1 email and 1 ph call IM NOT INTERESTED! They've called 5-6 times and sent 1 or 2 emails. I don;t appreciate my visit to your service department being used as a telemarketing opp for your sales team.

Dino and Mike were wonderful, that weren't extremely pushy and worked hard to get me the best deal for my budget!! I intend to refer my friends and family there. I also want to stop by just to say hello and remind them how happy I am with my new Escape!!
