I have a special interest in patients who are in front of monitors for a good part of the day. I have been practicing optometry for 30 years now.

The best eye doctor! I've worn glasses /contacts for 40 years and this doctor taught me new things about my eyes & improved my vision with his choices of contacts for me and progressive lenses. His staff is just as awesome. They helped me pick the best frames for my personality, face, prescription and budget! Try them!
I met Dr. Robert after a year and he recognized me by my profession to make me feel at home.This time too very satisfying service by the Doctor and his very friendly staff. Dr. Bob is truly gifted. He is unique in his constant quest for knowledge and life improvement. He is very detailed in his exam. Sent me to a retina specialist because he didn't like what he found. I am so thankful to Dr. Rothbard, he saved my life. I visited his office thinking that I needed eye glasses(and I did), but Dr. Rothbard also dicovered a life or death situation for me(optic aneurysm). He was very concerned about my failed test in my left eye. He advised me to see the othmologist right away and promise to keep him posted. The end result was devastating and could have been fatal.
