American River Urgent Care at Rancho Cordova is an amazing place. I went there to get my ears checked due to a discomfort I had, and they were my heroes. Great customer service, clean office, great doctor’ assistant, great doctor. I really appreciate your kindness and knowledge. Great experience. I highly recommend this place.
Best Urgent Care I have ever been to! Attentive, sweet staff, such a smooth and positive experience! Doctor Theresa was amazing, she really took her time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions, never once I felt rushed, like some other places make you feel. Also front desk (I think her name is Joselyn) went above and beyond to call my primary care and ensure I am properly taken care of. X Ray tech was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place!
Today, i was here for an upset stomach. Im very happy to have a service here. The place has great customer service. The physicians has take care of my situation. Im super satisfied with today’s service. I will definitely be back and will also pass on this site for care.
Had a great experience in person on 2/6/26 with Maria Wyson. She missed the sending of prescriptions for both me and my daughter and I was only able to pick up my daughters stuff. Called back on a Saturday, 2/7/26 and was greeted by Alissa who was helpful and kind. Things immediately changed when I was addressed by IYAN a doctor at this location who was very aggressive, rude and too much for me. Had a very great experience today at this urgent care. The staff was very professional and abrupt. The office was very tidy and organized, it smelled like lemon Lysol. Dr. Maris Theresa Wyson Is spectacular and a great Doctor. She was able to answer all my questions and she took her time and was very clear. Dr Theresa is very empathetic, communicative, and a good listener. All the staff was-friendly and thorough. I give this office a 10/10. Thank you for everything.
