I love the fact that I can get a crown taken care of in just one visit.
Grace was excellent, as usual.
I especially appreciate the way Gene is following up on the panorama x-rays of my jaw.
Linda, who did my cleaning, WAS FANTASTIC. She explained what she was doing along the way, appropriately chastised me but didn't embarrass me when she pointed out the sorry shape of my teeth! Love her and will always ask for her in the future (I'm sure everyone else is great too!)
This is the best dental office that I've ever been to. The ladies at the front greet each patient with a smile! They help you through the payment/ insurance process with patience and understanding. The hygienists are friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable . The dentists are top notch, up on all the latest technology. They have a conservative approach to dentistry, which I appreciate. I can't say enough great things about Rancho Bernardo Dental Arts! Go see for yourself!
I love this office! Everyone is friendly and helpful and best of all the dentists are conservative with the procedures. They don't try to talk you into unnecessary work. The hygienists are knowledgeable and thorough and the ladies at the front desk make you feel special and help you through the payment / insurance process. Can't say enough great things about these guys! Go see for yourself!
Pleased with my overall experience.
Grace cleaned my teeth this time. I think her personal knowledge about oral health is a real asset. I loved hearing about all of the new research she has studied regarding having great health and keeping your teeth and gums happy. Its nice your staff personally takes the time and interest to advance their own knowledge in the field they work in and to be willing to share their expertise. Thanks for the great care! :) mara
