Well, since you asked, here goes. When I finished having my teeth cleaned, Pat called me back and gave me some flouride to swish before I left. Upon checking out, I discovered that that swish cost me $32.00 which I feel is a bit egregious. Had I been told that it was a $32 shot, I would have refused. Amy reversed the charge and I only paid for the cleaning, which I think is quite fair. Next time, why not ask your customer if they would like additional services such as the swish?

The entire staff at Rancho Bernardo Dental Arts goes above and beyond the call of duty. I cracked my tooth at dinner, called the office the next morning and had a crown by 5:00 p.m. that day. Dr. Ghandahari worked me into his schedule and did an outstanding job of saving my tooth and making a beautiful crown. I have always received superior service, friendly smiles, and the best dentisty in San Diego. Thank you to all of you!
