Well, since you asked, here goes. When I finished having my teeth cleaned, Pat called me back and gave me some flouride to swish before I left. Upon checking out, I discovered that that swish cost me $32.00 which I feel is a bit egregious. Had I been told that it was a $32 shot, I would have refused. Amy reversed the charge and I only paid for the cleaning, which I think is quite fair. Next time, why not ask your customer if they would like additional services such as the swish?

Excellent Dental Care I've been going to Rancho Bernardo Dental Arts for 16 years. I've lived in 5 states over my career, and this is the best dental care I've had anywhere!

great dentist I was made comfortable with pillows and a movie. I hardly felt a thing and pain is gone.
