I would have appreciated knowing several years ago (when it was first noticed that I grind my teeth) that night guards can be bought OTC. I didn't know until I saw them at WalMart a couple of weeks ago. I'm sure the custom-made ones are better, but I'd have had at least 2 or 3 fewer years of grinding at night if I had known about the OTC ones.
Cap & Trade Dr. Velk and team never fail to amaze me. Now they have the technology to create a new cap and install it on the spot. Woo Hoo! Thanks again - now where's that rock candy.
