Ramz Apartments on Broad is a really great! I did not come into Ramz with a person who I already wanted to live with, so I filled out the random roommate request. They did a great job of pairing me with the nicest person. This apartment is probably one of the most convenient off campus apartments. It is incredibly close to school and is conveniently located above tons of food options. The staff at Ramz are also very nice people and are extremely helpful and caring
Ramz Appartments have given me fair, quick, and well priced service and have always been there for me no matter the question or concern!
My daughter and I have been trying since July to get her security deposit returned to her. We have contacted Milton Daley numerous times and every time he gives a half ass excuse. He refuses to put us in direct contact with upper management. At this point it's a shame we have to take the legal route because they can't do what is right by their tenants and no there was no damage done to the apartment.
RAMZ Apartments is great! The employees are extremely helpful and the maintenance crew will fix anything in the apartment within 24 hours. Also RAMZ is extremely close to the main campus of VCU which makes it extremely convenient to get to class in 10 minutes or less. I would recommend RAMZ Apartments to anyone! :)
The employees at Ramz are wonderful. The security guards are so kind that they went so far as to give my roommate and I a box of Sugar Shack donuts. The maintenance staff is friendly and efficient, fixing whatever work order you've placed within 48hours or less. Ramz is located above multiple places to eat and is just 2minutes from the main campus. Laundry facilities are located on every floor for residents. Just a warning, Broad street can be very loud at night. This is a city after all.
Ramz apartments has the best location of off campus housing at an unbeatable price. The staff and maintenance workers are all so friendly. The apartment satisfies everything I need and the room space is perfect. The carpeted floors in the living room and bedrooms make it so cozy and there's a ton of counter space for cooking. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in a nice apartment 2 minutes away from campus at a great price!
