Ramz Apartments on Broad is an awesome on-campus apartment to live in! It’s in a great location and all of my classes are within a 5-10 minute walking distance. I love how all of the utilities are included in the installment plan, as well as maintenance. Since it’s fully furnished, I didn’t have to buy any furniture, which was nice. I recommend Ramz to anyone looking for on-campus housing!

I think ramz is amazing place to live! I've been living here for 2 years now and it has been very comfortable. I like how everything comes with the apartment and how they put on community events. The staff is also very nice too!

I love Ramz apartments. The residents are amazing. The C/A's are out standing. Management/maintenance are always going above & beyond. The price are great. If your looking for housing stop by before the rates go up, you can't go wrong���
I love living here!! The staff and maintenance are so nice and always on time/ around when I need something. I receive a lot of packages in the mail and I've never had a problem with someone helping me its always a breeze! Also its always very clean in the building and maintenance responds very quickly to any issue I've had. Perfect little spot right on West Broad and I have a great view of the city from my room! Couldn't be happier with my first home away from home highly recommend!
Living at Ramz makes getting around the campus quick and easy, its in a great location and is a straight shot to the VCU Compass. The apartments themselves provide enough furnishings and living space to make for a comfortable stay. The reasonable cost of rent and placement on campus were the biggest selling points for myself and I have enjoyed my stay so far.
