Food is always amazing. Staff has gotten increasingly rude, not fun eating in an environment where everyone clearly just wants to go home and makes customers feel like a burden.
My boyfriend and I were seated outside and the service was great! Our server Christy and her trainee Kayla were amazing and very attentive to us. Kayla fixed our table when I told her it was wobbling. The service was great I'll definitely come back again :)

I lòve Ramuntos, just not this one. I've been to Bennington and Brattleboro many times with no complaint. I bought calzones at Keene and they were not good. They were tolerable but not the high quality as the others. The calzones were barely filled and were not topped with the garnishes of cheese and garlic butter that I am used to at the other Ramuntos. They should train the Keene chefs at their other restaurants.
The service was awful. They places was so slow we were there for 2 hours. This place is no good I will never return.
