5 stars from the store itself, the product they sell and most importantly the customer service! I had bought my ring else where and needed sizing and some minor fixes. Ramsey’s were amazing! My ring came back even more gorgeous than I could have dreamed! I can not recommend them enough! Thank you so much!
Darius (Westbank) and Sara (Metairie) were both very helpful. I visited the Harvey store 1st and worked with Darius, he spent about an hour and a half with me and my (now) fiance. We found a ring we loved but wanted to continue shopping. I knew the style we wanted and visited a few other places... No one else took the time to explain the difference in the diamonds (color, clarity, cut grades). Not to say they sell "bad diamonds" they just didn't take the time to explain what you were buying. Bonnie did an amazing job when she sold us my engagement ring and then when I needed some repairs done to it she really took care of my ring and was on top of things and I cannot thank her enough. Great selection and great people to work with!
