My beautiful wedding set was purchased at a national retailer. After sending off with said retailer THREE times for repairs, I didn't want to trust them with my jewelry ever again. I emailed Ramsey's in Metairie to see if they'd service pieces not bought there. Very quickly, I got a response from Kristi. She assured me that my ring could be helped. My sister went in for a small donation. One of her students has brain cancer. She is doing raffles to support the family. Yall turned her away. How sad is this. This is a child and anything would of helped with her travels to St. Jude. This buisness is a disgrace.

First I got the New Orleans cuff. It was love at first sight! It is the most beautiful piece I had ever owned. Then I got the Superdome necklace and St Louis Cathedral earrings! Now I am the proud owner of the Fleur De Lis key to the city necklace in yellow gold! Madison is perhaps the best customer service rep in the world. Ramsey’s is hands down the best jewelry store I have ever been to or bought from.
