Picked up my new Mazda CX-5 from Ramsey Mazda yesterday and everything was great. Great customer service, no hidden fees, upfront and honest. Would recommend 10/10
There was a few snags at the beginning, but the manager took care of it. Everyone was very courteous, and helpful . The techs were great.
Brought my 2022 Mazda CX-R to Mazda Ramsey last week as our dealer-Mazda Wayne couldn’t accommodate us for a simple diagnostic. Mazda Wayne said we’d have to leave our vehicle for max of 3 days so they can have a look at it which was so inconvenient for us. So we went to Mazda Ramsey instead and with no hesitations, the service consultant Chris took our vehicle in, they ran a quick diagnostic which turns out to be just a simple battery issue. Making an appointment was extremely easy. Marc Debenedetto was a great service tech. The car was done so much faster than expected.
Everything about this dealership was a pleasure. I had the most amazing and courteous young man, Louis, helping me. They were fair and honest and I could not recommend them enough. It’s nice to have a positive car buying experience for a change.
