I have never given a bad review to any business my entire life but this time I feel I need to let people know how bad the service department at Ramsey Nissan has become. I bought my new Nissan Altima in February 2018 from Ramsey Nissan and has been taking my car for oil changes and anything else that needed to be done like tires, brakes, everything. Horrible service! I am still waiting for a call back! Came in there with my mother after being quoted prices, asked them if this was it, because I don’t have have time to waste and 2 1/2 hours later nothing was done! I’m furious!

My experience with the dealership was fine till I needed my license plates. I’m from CT & drove to Ramsey because they had the best price on a Rogue. When it came time to get my new CT plates, the dealership wanted another $12 to mail them to me. The dealership must be in some hard financial times & can’t afford the $12. This after I left the dealer with a 1/2 tank of gas in a new car. I tried dealing with my Salesman Alex but he wanted nothing to do with it, I tried calling the general Mgr. He never called me back. Everyone that I dealt with were very nice and professional. From the time I was just looking to when I was ready to purchase my 2020 Rogue Sport. They answered every question or concerns I had and very professional . I have recommend to the people that like the car to Ramsey Nissan.

Unprofessional.. Rude.. I took my Car there. I have a Maxima 2018 leased . I only have 25000 miles My car is under warranty.. They telling me my car needs a new engine for lack of maintenance. They asked if I can show prove of my oil changes. I did. I called corporate and was told that oil changes should of been done at a dealership. I got my oil changes by my mechanic. To save money It’s not the law to bring car to the dealership for oil changes. Corporate also added that the oil changes I did by my mechanic were not done p... read more
