I was traveling in north jersey when a warning light appeared on my dashboard. I stopped in at Joe Heidt VW to have it checked. Trevor in the service department was extremely helpful and had the issue taken care of right away. I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience!
Communicated days in advance and the car was not ready for us to test drive when we got there. the description on the website was not 100% accurate. Very friendly salespeople.
Beware when doing business with this dealership. Turn in agreement was for a 3 month payout, got sent a check for 2 months. Very deceptive practices.
