If you’re looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle look no further. This dealership is truly amazing. My sales rep ( Corrisa ) was extremely well knowledgeable and very detailed. She has excellent customer service. When it was time to sign all paperwork and go over the contact (Mike) was super awesome going over all documents and warranties for my vehicle. Alfredo has been an outstanding sales consultant—friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He guided us when we purchased our GLI and again when we were exploring an Atlas. Unfortunately, we’re now having trouble canceling our Drive Easy extended warranty and obtaining the prorated refund after trading in the car. VW Drive Easy confirms the policy is canceled, but they’ve directed us back to the dealership to process the refund.
