great service! I was here last week and I couldn't believe the selection of jewelry they had. The staff was outstanding, and the prices seemed very fair. They offered a bunch of services with existing jewelry, and I plan on returning to have an old piece of jewelry made into something else.
Southern Charm My mother and I shopped in the store today. All the staff was patient and helpful. They have a broad product selection. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I'm sure if they don't have it. They can get it for you. I will definitely go back.
Unsurpassed Service Ramsey Fritz Jewels' service is unbeatable. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. I do not live in Texas, but because they were so wonderful to work with I will never buy jewelry anywhere else!
