My boyfriend and I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium model here last weekend. The owner Frank was our sales associate, and he was super nice and helpful! He was very reasonable on the price. After purchasing the car, the head unit went black and he was going to get me into a loaner vehicle and fix it for free, even though it isn’t covered under the 3 month warranty that comes with the vehicle (turns out it was just updating so it wasn’t necessary) but he followed up to make sure everything was working as it should be. My 22 year old grandson bought a car from this dealer and has had nothing but problems with it since he purchased it. The engine fell out on his way home from work and he fixed that himself, and not the transmission broke. He has tried to work with them to but they are just blowing him off, He now has a 3 year loan on a car that doesn't work. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
