Ramsey Corp is the utmost worst Auto Dealership I have ever dealt with. The staff is exceptional at making you feel they can help if your in a poor credit situation. John(salesman) if you want to call him that, is your top of the line sheisty wannabe salesman I have ever encountered. Poor quality cars/trucks. They continue to break. Bought a truck a few months ago and bought the warranty for it. It just needed a ton of work done and they didn’t “have time to do it” so we had to bring it to another mechanic which is now not going to be covered by the warranty. Another $1200 out of pocket for a truck we haven’t even owned for a year. Only buy something if you want a lifetime of guaranteed headaches and aggravation.
Rude people. My boyfriend called and was going back to purchase a vehicle and they said “Ok, see you soon” then call back when he’s basically there and say, “Sorry, it’s not available someone put money down...” and that the sales guy forgot to inform everyone else he was coming back. How about some communication skills? Lol. This place is a joke.
these people were rude to me on the phone so didn't even bother going to look at the 4runner.
So over this place!! They sold me a truck with tires that are dry rotted and a few other problems. Then told me they put new tires on and fixed the issues. My husband went to pick it up and they weren’t done! No one ever seems to know what the hell is going on when you talk to them.
RecommendedI highly recommend them. 5 stars!!! They have treated me like family from the beginning. They are very kind and care about any issues that may arise.
