RecommendedThis is my 3rd year living at Rams Village. I love this complex, especially how close it is to campus! It allows me to walk to class and avoid paying for parking, and the busses are super easy to use as well. Also, the recreation rooms (cardio/weights) are perfect for getting a workout in. The rent is super affordable and I would recommend this complex to others who are just coming out of CSU dorms😀.
This is my second year living at Ram’s Village and the management is so friendly and accommodating. Maintenance issues get taken care of almost immediately and through Covid, they have been great at doing what they can to still provide the amenities they offer. The pricing is reasonable for what you get here unlike most other apartment complexes in Foco. Love it here.
I love the free parking and the included wifi ! Definitely an amazing place to stay while attending and not attending college ! Big thanks to all the staff that have been here from the beginning and shout out to my main man Berto one of the best rams Village employees
I just moved in last week and so far it has been a great experience. I love the layout of the apartments they feel vary roomy and are fully furnished which is very helpful coming from out of state. They offer a lot of amenities and are managing them well while COVID is happening. They are very well priced especially for college students.
This is an amazing complex! The staff are friendly and always willing to help, and you can tell they want you to have the best experience possible. The apartments themselves are updated and everything works great. My roommate and I are loving living here, especially with the easy access to campus, whether by walking or by the buses.
I’am living here for a 2nd year and I love how the staff is always so accommodating. I really enjoy living here because the parking is free. However, depending on where your apartment is located, it can be difficult to find parking at night sometimes. My first year, there was plenty of parking but then I switched to a different apartment my 2nd year and I now live by the main office and I cannot find parking all the time. It’s a no from me sis. Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in, it’s absolutely terrifying that they didn’t let me break my lease after my neighbor assaulted me. I only could transfer to a new apartment (and that was only after bringing police reports and begging management to listen to me). but I still saw him every time at the bus stop. This happened a few years ago but i still remember it vividly, it was worse time of my life.
Great place to live. Good community and really close to campus. All around good staff and great location!
