RecommendedI have lived here for over a year & it’s the most comfortable location to be. Campus, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks are close to the apartments. The staff are super friendly and helpful with any concerns which makes communication easy.
I have lived at Rams Village for 3 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. The location is great, especially for a college student! The complex is beautiful and is filled with trees. Great local food and fun bars are within walking distance, King Sooper's is a 2 min drive, and there’s a bus that takes you to CSU every morning, day, or night! This is my 3rd year at Rams Village and I can honestly say I am still as sure about this decision as I was signing my first lease as a freshman. With great location, amenities, staff members, and overall "vibes" of the community, Rams Village is and continues to be an extremely affordable and comfortable spot to live.
I have lived here for a little over a year and I’ve loved it. Staff and maintenance are always helpful and kind! The price for free parking and proximity to CSU is great. It takes less than 5 minutes on average to get to main campus. It is a great place to meet people. I have had little to no issues with appliances and when I do, they are fixed within a day. I would recommend living here!
Ram's Village has provided me with one of the best apartment experiences ever. The apartment complex itself is untraditional and feels more like a village town with life and spirit than an apartment building. The location is close enough to the CSU campus and other restaurants but only minutes away from nature sites such as City Park. Buses run frequently, bike fences are everywhere, and parking is free for residences. This is my fourth year living at Ram's Village and they are simply wonderful. I have never been able to find any other apartment complex with the same pricing, location, and great staff.
I moved in a couple weeks ago now, and have enjoyed it so far! Great amenities provided, even during COVID times. The complex is also fairly centrally located in Fort Collins and it does not take long to get anywhere in town. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-priced, and clean!
It’s my first year at Ram’s Village and I’m absolutely loving it!! I’m in a 4 bed apartment and it is so spacious with plenty of storage. The walk in closet is PRIME and the layout of the bedrooms is perfect in terms of space and privacy. Maintenance requests are answered ASAP and we were even able to have our living room accent wall color changed. The furniture is in great condition and the place was clean when we moved in. These apartments are reasonably priced and pretty nice! Bedrooms and common areas are a good size. Amenities are nice and maintenance is fast at responding. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that parking is included and there’s always space to park. There are Transfort bus stops conveniently located on the complex and are usually one of the first stops so they’re never full. Biking or walking to campus is also quick and easy. This will be my third year living here and I love it!
