I would give ram NO stars if I could. This man installed a transmission in my mother's 2006 Acura TL leaving more damage than fixing any issues. After he finished the job my mother started hearing a noise on the left driver's side of the vehicle. She decided to take it to Fountain Acura to verify Ram's work. WOW was she surprised! Funny yall complain, you had the option to decline repairs , and you should've been informed before each repair . And wtf did yall expect people to work for free?

no even worth a star... 0 respect of customer, they were all swearing and cursing customers (including me) throughout.. The owner and employees are all wack jobs with 0 ethics and respect. Never ever coming back here again. I was going to bring 3 other cars, but not anymore... Never ever again I want to see these people touching any of my cars again..

Total rip off, the man will bleed you dry. Destroyed one of my cars, gave me a bill for thousands of dollars on my second car. I decided to tow my car to my friends garage and he fixed it up for a couple of hundreds dollars and that included putting in parts that Ram had supposedly already put in new. Total rip off, save your money and your time, do not go to this guy. I hope you don't think this is fake, I spent well over $5k with this guy and got burned.
