The office is very slow, and crowded even in this pandemic. By appointment only but very unsafe in the lobby. The Doctor didn't seem to care about the safety of others, the children, or appointment times. Each time I attended the office its an hour and a half after my appointment that I'm seen. Even after that he didn't seem to act caring-ly. I do not recommend this office or doctor! Go somewhere else where they care about you and your child. AWFUL DR. Didn’t want to give my son his circumcision after he was born and he’s 2 months now and still doesn’t have one because of how hard it’s been afterwards with insurance and money for surgery/co-pays. He put me in the biggest rut and stress ever. Cocky, arrogant, awful, rude, WORST EVER.

This is the worst experience I ever had with any doctor. They turned down a sick kid even after initial screening and nearing weight, temperature, etc. after all of that they refused kicked the sick kid out since has had unpaid bill. We talked to them and all what we asked was to give us the necessary documents so we can verify with the insurance and we told them either the insurance will take care of it or we will pay once we verify. have been trying to set up appointment after my daughters birth and has not returned call ever and every time I call the office they are either closed or he's not there so i would not recommend him based on his demeanor and professionalism sad to say it but i see why he has such low ratings

My baby got very sick on a Friday, I tried to get a hold of Dr. Ramos, he never got back to us. We left messages and even after the weekend passed he never got back to us. My baby ended up needing urgent, immediate care. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. If everything is ok he is good, as soon as there is a complication he is no where to be found. Very unsatisfied and unhappy with this doctor.

Unreliable, if you ever have an emergency don’t count on him. Our son started having seizures on a Friday morning. We tried to get in contact with Dr. Ramos, his nurse said he advised we wait till Monday or take him to the ER. At the ER they couldn’t care for him. We rushed him to Dallas. If we would have waited he would have brain damage. That was a month ago, Dr. Ramos never cared to even check up on my son who is now under very close monitoring by another pediatrician who is CARING for him.

I would not recommend him to anyone. Every concern I ever had with my baby, he made me feel stupid and just brushed it off. When I got a second opinion, I was right and my baby had to have surgery. Needless to say we found a new pediatrician.
