RecommendedGo with Trudy! Don't mess around. I've had some poor experiences with realty sales in the Ukiah area, and I would caution you to be careful, check sales records, and stay close with your agent. Trudy is amazing in all those respects. She got the job done. I wish I had found her sooner.
