I haven't met up with Ramona yet, I've only had the opportunity to speak with her over the phone and you can truly tell how genuine she is. I called her to see if she could do a spiral perm after having my hair appointments cancelled and rescheduled with two different hair stylist at the same salon before a big surgery. Needless to say, she went above and beyond. She offered to squeeze me into busy schedule, but bc my surgery is only a week away, I won't be able to do it. You can't go wrong with someone like her.
