Ramon was AWESOME with a Capital A. He is a very kind, patient, knowledgeable, accessible, transparent individual willing to go above and beyond for his clients. He walked us through every single step, from the very beginning, answering thousands of questions (as 1st time home-buyers usually have). Always responding quickly and giving a genuine reassurance that all would be okay. Down to the Finish Line…. I couldn’t imagine this process without him.
