I had my initial visit with Dr. Ramakrishna Surendran on November 5, along with my husband and daughter. This was our first time meeting him to set up our family's medical files at the clinic. Dr. Surendran spent over 45 minutes with us, patiently listening to each of our health concerns and conditions. He took the time to provide thoughtful feedback, outline next steps in our care plans, and arrange the necessary referrals. Dr. Ramkrishna Surendran is an outstanding physician. He takes the time to truly listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients. You never feel rushed! he’s thorough & knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such a personable and compassionate approach.
We were recommended to this practice and particularly Dr. Ram by a friend. After meeting him I understand why! He took time to understand my husband's medical issues, thanked us for choosing his practice and made us feel confident of his ability in treating my husband with his current and even future concerns.
He’s thorough, patient, and explains things clearly without rushing you. Makes you feel comfortable and heard. Definitely recommend as a primary care physician!
I love my Dr. Surendran. Really looks after me, always suggesting what he feels is best for me and any issues I may have. Also the best staff that I have ever had. Thanks to all at front desk and nurses.
