Dr. Ramkrishna Surendran is a fantastic doctor. I have known Dr. Surendran for over 15+ years. I had moved (very short time) to another nearby doctor that was closer to my home, but quickly moved back to Dr. Surendran realizing that even though I have to drive a little longer distance, there were very few good and very through doctor like Dr. Surendran. The Staff and Doctors at Rochester Primary Care are outstanding! Weather it’s simply a routine check up, lab work , or something more involved. Dr Surendran and Dr Moy always go the extra mile to listen and take care of your health needs. Wait times are sometimes longer than expected, but once you’re seeing the Doctors you’ll understand why! The time each physician spends listening to you is worth the wait!
Staff is very discriminatory at this clinic and seem to resort to petty tactics when they decide they don’t want you to be a customer anymore. I personally experienced discrimination and racism at this location and was a part of this clinic for 5 years before I was pushed out.
I had an appointment with Dr Ram and my whole experience was fantastic. Very non judgmental and accommodating staff. Blood draws were painless. Dr Ram was great! Caring, empathetic and competent. I’m happy I found them and will continue to go here for my health needs. Highly recommended!
Doc Ram was great. He was extremely patient and thorough and spent ample time with me discussing my health, habits, and so forth to get a really thorough understanding of my needs. This was my first visit and I can see confidently. I definitely will be back and keep him as my primary care physician moving forward. Update - I have been back multiple times to Dr. Ram after bringing my Wife and Son onboard and was introduced to Dr. John for my Son's care. I can't recommend Rochester Primary Care to enough people.
