Everyone at this office are so nice and welcoming. They take care of their patients and they really listen to concerns. I feel that I can trust that they’ll solve any issue I may have. Oh, and I’ve never had to wait long to see the doctor. That’s a real plus.
Dr Ram is by far the best Dr. He always listens and is instantly thinking what he can do to make it better. He's never in a rush, I leave my appointments always feeling hopeful. He's so patient and kind.. The staff is incredible, always kind and helpful..
Dr. Ramkrishna Surendran is a fantastic doctor. I have known Dr. Surendran for over 15+ years. I had moved (very short time) to another nearby doctor that was closer to my home, but quickly moved back to Dr. Surendran realizing that even though I have to drive a little longer distance, there were very few good and very through doctor like Dr. Surendran. From front desk to the X-ray suite, everyone is friendly and professional! Dr Ram is the kind of physician that cares deeply for his patients. Really appreciate what he does for the community.
Dr Ram is Pleasing and professional. Excellent. diagnostic abilities. Doesn't prescribe unnecessary medications. Front desk and Support staff are Super Excellent and always helpful. People like Amanda, Amber, Jack and Carman need special mention for their demeanor, polite and helpful nature. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Dr. Ram Surendran (Rochester Primary Care).
