We choose this place bc of there pool for our son. We arrived ready to swim checked into our room to find a note saying it was closed till Monday. wasn't ideal but ok as we were leaving Tuesday. Monday came and then we were told it won't be ready till Thursday. Also floors are sticky. Carpet in room are dirty and stained. Door to room had bad seal and deadbolt wouldn't lock. Some staff were rude. Amenities were mostly close or didn't work. And seemed like everything in the hotel was broken.
Buen hotel, como cualquier Best Western.
