Stayed here for my nephew wedding very nice place and great staff late August 2015
The only thing we liked about this hotel was that we had a great view of the fireworks. The sheets were still dirty from the previous people before. Pool was only 3ft deep. The restaurant had good food though.
We had the worst experience with this place. Booked their birthday party package which was supposed to include a poolside room, the area next to the pool, and food. We got there and they put us in a room nowhere near the pool, when we asked to be moved they said that we had a poolside room reserved but the people who stayed Friday night wanted to stay another night so that's why we didn't get our room. If you make reservations months in advance, don't expect them to guarantee you will have a room upon your arrival. Especially if your bikers. It just happened to friends of mine and I would never recommend this place to anyone. And I sure wouldn't consider it for myself.
I'd give it zero stars if I could. So our group of 7 motorcycles travelled from Cody, WY, through the east gate of Yellowstone, to Old Faithful, out the south gate, past the Tetons, all the way over to Casper, WY for the night. A little over 400 miles. We roll into the Best Western Ramkota tired, only to find out that they lost their Best Western flag a couple months ago. So now they are just the Ramkota Hotel. Had my daughters wedding reception at the Ramkota. The staff went above and beyond to help make it a wonderful time. Kudos to those who help, from maintenance to the catering staff.
Clean, nice very helpful staff, kid loved the pool and wants to go back
