Dr Ramil is the kindest most passionate doctor we have ever encountered. She saved my husbands foot and we trust her unconditionally. Her expertise puts her above the rest. The office staff is amazing as well.
Keeps you waiting for over an hour. Her bedside manner is terrible. She is rude and condescending. It is one thing to be direct but it is another to do it in a professional manner. She made a mistake on a prescription and refused to admit it. Too sure of herself.
Dr Ramil seems to be an excellent podiatrist. She is a very open and direct doctor, which I really like, However the service provided by her staff is frustrating. Forget trying to provide a feedback of an exam or medication so Dr Ramil can give you a prescription. I left FOUR messages to her assistant from a total of 6 calls. Never got a call back. Gave up on my treatment because it is just IMPOSSIBLE to communicate . Looking for an alternative provider that calls back .....
Dr Ramil wanted to do an invasive procedure . When I went to Memorial Wound Clinic they used an ointment that did the same thing. We waited 45 minutes and I am so glad that I went for a second opinion.
