This was my 2nd appointment with Dr. Madelin Ramil, DPM. I followed up after my 2nd appointment with 2 phone calls and left messages on both occasions. I did not receive a return phone call to either and it has been over 3 weeks. In addition, I sent 2 messages to Dr. Ramil via the online portal on 4-8-24 and 4-16-24 and have yet to receive a portal response. Today is 4-22-24 Based on the extremely poor service from Dr. Ramil, I would not recommend her as your podiatrist. I will not be returning to see Dr. Ramil.

Dr. Ramil was highly recommended by Dr. Sheldon Ross. I did my follow up with her and never regretted my decision. Just a couple of weeks ago, i had another situation with my foot and Dr. Ramil fit me into her busy schedule at a moment's notice. She sent me directly to the ER, clearly stated do not pass 'Go' and best advise ever as I admitted and is still receiving treatment and at the same time avoiding possible amputation. Thank you Dr. Ramil. You are the Best!! C I wrote this on behalf of my spouse C

I went today 1/10/24 to see Dr. Ramil. She is very kind and professional, she explained to me very clear about my condition. I will definitely recommended to her 100%. Thank you Dr.

Dr Ramil ordered for me a set of orthotics that were the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. She was also great at explaining the problems my feet were having. After a few visits she told me to find another doctor because I needed arthroscopic surgery for my ankle to diagnose and treat the problem. I’ll always be grateful for those first few visits when she got me going in the right direction when my feet were really hurting.

Very knowledgeable doctor. I had been seeing another foot doctor for same problem but it kept reoccurring. Finally went for 2nd option Dr Ramil. She knew exactly what it was and how to treat it. Problem solved for good. I can get on with my life.

Dr Ramil is an angel on earth. She is an expert, but is also one of the most warm and capable physicians we have ever encountered. She is an exceptional surgeon and podiatrist, and her patients are family. It is evident in all she does and in the exceptional care she takes of each patient. I can’t recommend her more highly!

Dr Ramil starting caring for me when I met her at the hospital. She immediately started ordering test and procedures that wpuld improve my chances of NOT having to lo loose my toe due to my diabetes. She nevetr gave up finally the day came when she suggested going in and removing the toe in order to stop the infection from spreading.The day before my surgery she examined my toe and I think Im. Going to be able to safe that toe and she did..She is warm and caring. Staff is fabulous too THANK YOU

Dr. Ramil is my lifesaver. She takes her time and explains your diagnosis in layman's terms and really cares about her patients and it shows every time you see her. Dr. Ramil is all about her patients and will be one of your biggest cheerleaders!! It is because of Dr. Ramils genuine concern and exceptional knowledge that I am on a steady road of recovery and getting back to living life again. I cant thank you enough Dr.Ramil, you are truly an ANGEL on earth.
