Established in 2012, Ramen Tatsu-Ya takes pride in being one-of-a-kind in Austin. This restaurant attempts to recreate the typical feel of Japanese ramen stalls as found with its ambiance and food. As the name suggests, the specialty of this place is the ramen; the wheat for the noodles and the broth are prepared fresh, on-site, so you are sure to get only the best. Refraining from accepting reservations, Ramen Tatsu-Ya is an intimate space that can seat approximately 38 guests; get there well in advance to grab a table.

Very, very, very good. I highly recommend. I wished they did togo orders though. I had the Mi-so-hot. I loved it.
After a four hour drive, Ramen Tatsu-ya was my destination. I had a friend who waited 30 minutes for our place in line. The first time for the both of us. She had pork broth while I had chicken broth. Best noodles I’ve ever had. Sake slushy was clever and just what I needed. We will return.
ramen broth was great with smooky taste to it the noodels we're good one bowl u get full cash sale was good too recommend it here but come around 1130 if arrive 12 prepare wait line. but good . beats the coldweather.
Octopus tacoyaki, cheddar tofu with broccoli, any skewere and that banana pudding.
I’ve had ramen almost everywhere I’ve traveled and I know just how good it can get. I think this place could be better. Not comparing it. Just saying it’s good, but not as great as most people say it is. At least not for me. my noodles were a bit too dry and it was lacking noodles.
Amazing as always!!! Worth the drive out from Liberty Hill
All I can say is, if you love noddles, you have to tryout for yourself. Multi layers of delicious flavor.

Horrible place to play ghetto music, nothing asian about it. Food was below average, felt like the noodles were thawed out and just dumped in the broth without cooking thoroughly. Over $50 for 2 plates of food and 3 small drinks. The price was not worth the wait and definitely not worth the loud people talking louder than the music (mind you the music was ... read more
