Was really looking forward to trying this place. I've enjoyed ramen in Japan many times. Tried to call in an order. No. Went up to the window in a mask. No. You must create an online account for take out. Rude staff was dumbfounded when I offered to exchange money for food. I know COVID makes things difficult but please. You've lost a really good potential customer.

So first the good. The staff there was amazing. Such a great bunch of people and very helpful. The karaage chicken was delicious and my kids loved their Ramen. Sat outside on a makeshift patio that was really fun. The bad. My Ramen tasted like it had an entire bottle of liquid smoke dumped into it. I’m used to a slight smoky flavor but this was way too much. So much so that I couldn’t finish it. For 2 cokes an ice tea, two kids Ramen and my Ramen it was $85. Even though this was only their second day offering to-go orders, the food was perfect and they were nice even while impatient people were being rude to them. In this stressful time as we all try to adapt, they remained calm and polite and helpful, and my food was delicious when I got home and heated it using the included instructions! thank you so much. 💜
