Think luscious roasted pork simmering in silky-rich broth. Earthy mushrooms, fresh noodles, divine marinated soft-boiled egg. A side of ‘spicy bomb’ chili paste turns up the heat just enough for your cold lager to handle. Next. Level. Experience. Run to Tatsu-ya, because there is always a line. Get in it, and prepare to be changed.
