Working here was a drag. The leads and the management turn a blind eye to there leaders who are suppose to help and instead yell at you and verbally abuse you. I'm not just talking about leads and management, I'm talking about owner and HR also. When addressed with an issue about a lead cussing me etc I was moved 1 day then put right back with him the next.
