Office staff is horrible ! I would never recommend this place.. We went because it was in network and they tried to charge us more money I called the ins to report...I called insurance co and the woman never even put in for the Pre determination. So much for participating in ins when they try to figure out how to go beyond and screw the patient ..Shame on you so disappointing.. Wasted my time
Do yourself a favor, AVOID this doctor and save yourself time, money and most importantly PAIN. This is not a dr who should be handling patients, but especially children. I plan on contacting the authorities who grant a medical license to this type of non-professional.
Dr Muduli is very professional & knowledgeable. During my procedure he explained every detail & expectations afterwards. He was very thorough & I had an excellent result with my surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Muduli to anyone. Thank you very much!!
Dr Anup Muduli is a horrible dr if your planing to take your kids to him wisdom teeth removal please don't. I took my kids for their wisdom teeth removal on 2/09/2019 he is very rude to patients he treats them worse than animals he screams at them no compassion at all, my daughter was crying she was crying and saying mom please don't let that dr work on my brother he is really rude. And he's very rough on children . My daughter told me she was praying the whole time for me to walk in the room.
Dr Muduli is the best oral surgeon I have ever been to. I had a cyst removed from my jaw right before Christmas . I was told by my dentist I would be off my feet for a good week . I thought my Christmas would be ruined. I am happy to say my Christmas was awesome and had no pain after the procedure . Not to mention I had the best sleep of my life during the procedure. The 1 hour procedure felt like 5 minutes.
Dr. Muduli lacks empathy and basic social skills. He is inconsiderate of his patients feelings. If you want to instill fear in your child, bring them here. The office will change your appointment multiple times, keep you waiting, ask you to leave and call you to come back all in the same day. I would feel more comfortable taking my child to a vet for oral surgery. I am assuming the positive ratings are from family members, they can't be from his patients.
The office is very comfortable & professional, staff is welcoming- friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Muduli is very calm, gentle & comforting. Puts all worries at ease in a situation where most folks have concern.
