want to see Dr. Kern specifically because I have cataracts so she scheduled me for cataract surgery for February 3rd this coming Monday. I spoke with the office numerous times, did all of my consent paperwork did everything I needed to do, I was notified today that the facility that the doctor wants me to go to is out of network and not covered by my insurance.
