The worst hotel experience ever. Very noisy until 3 am both nights. Dirty, disgusting pool. When I asked if they had checked the pool chemical levels they said yes but couldn’t/wouldn’t tell me the readings.

Check in last friday at 3 pm omg the key of room is not work at all call the front desk they were rude as hell never recommend this hotel at all some of the staff they were nice but most i saw they look ruggy black uniform!
Stayed there several times and attended their New Years Eve Party! Had a blast! There rooms are really nice and breakfast was very nice. I would recommend a nice over night stay!
I am in this hotel right now. After a 9 hour drive yesterday I checked in, got pajamas on and settled in only to be refused room service an hour earlier than the diners closing time. Was told my options were to come down, place an order and bring it to my room myself OR come down and sit in the bar which had a large group of loud, drunk patrons... I've been going to the NYE parties the past 4yrs. The music is always great,comfortable rooms, good service and good food. This year the food was AWESOME!! Complements to the chef and crew!!
