Completely unprofessional staff and the hotel itself is dirty and outdated. Unless you enjoy being charged for smoking in a room which you didn't smoke in and enjoy sleeping in filth, don't stay here.
Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Free breakfast is a plus. The tv in our room didn't change channels and the walls are paper thin so you can hear the person next to you cough.
One of the cleanest places that we have stayed in, excellent location, and a super nice staff. We will be staying here again for sure!!
Best kept secret in Pigeon Forge. Very comfortable, convenient and very reasonable rates! It is a well kept and maintained older hotel but they have a hot breakfast too!
Nice breakfast, clean room, would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Very clean! The beds are so comfy! Close to everything, but not right in the major traffic. Front desk ladies were SO friendly! We will definitely stay here next time we come.
We stayed here during 4th of July weekend. Great location, great staff! Good (free) breakfast, indoor pool, very clean! No complaints!
