Reserved our room had confirmation email and all. After being at Dollywood all day we went to check in and was told our reservation some how wasn’t available and they were completely booked. With absolutely no help from the staff or hotel in finding another hotel we spent the next two hours looking for a hotel room. Everything and I do mean everything was completely booked. So my 2 daughters, wife and me slept in our vehicle all night. Weekend trip completely ruined!! Not to mention it was my 7 year olds birthday.
Dirty rooms that should’ve been caught before guest check in. If this is missed, what else is missed?

Nice personnel, pool ,the free breakfast was not exactly what I expected but with this pandemic , I understand
the rooms were VERY clean and the staff was AMAZING! It is right in the middle of everything!

My husband and I have stayed here twice now. We have an annual weekend get away since being married. Very clean, best bed I've ever slept in. Great breakfast and the crew here have awesome attitudes!! We will be back EVERY year!!!
